Management Team
The Company’s Management team is made – up of well – experienced and assertive members with huge knowledge in management and industry practices. They have a combined experience of sixty years in healthcare, finance, operation and strategic management.
Each member of the team brings to the Management wealth of educational and professional experience gained over the years working in the diverse sectors of the economy.
Mrs. Juan Ofori Asante
Founder and Chief ExecutiveMrs. Juan Ofori Asante
Mrs. Juan Ofori Asante is the Founder and currently the Chief Executive Officer of Royal Organic Clinic. She is a licensed and certified herbal researcher and practitioner, wellness advisor and entrepreneur.
She has specialized in plant medicine and their therapeutic applications and has over the years received several international awards and citations from different bodies across the globe.
She started her career as a Secretary but later developed interest in herbal medicine. Having gone through extensive trainings and practical experience, she moved on to start her own clinic called Blessed Herbal which later changed to Royal Organic Clinic.
She has traveled widely, globe – trotting across different countries to receive trainings and attend seminars.
She has researched extensively into plant medicine and its application to improve human wellbeing. She has break grounds in formulating and producing products such as Ofsant Herbal and Ofsant Cocoprek tea bags. These products help improve wellbeing and boost the immune system of the body.
Mrs. Juan Ofori Asante received training in plant medicine application at the Rashid Ahmed Training Center in Pakistan. She furthered her training at Herbal Hills in India on varieties of traditional therapies.
Mr. John Debra–Darko
General ManagerMr. John Debra–Darko
Mr. John Debra–Darko is the General Manager at Royal Organic Clinic. He has over 20 years of experience in different sectors such as banking, manufacturing and government.
He started his career at Ghana Commercial Bank as a clerical staff and worked there for eight years before moving to then VAT Service now Ghana Revenue Authority to serve as a Revenue Officer.
He worked at Stanbic Bank Ghana and during his tenure, he rose from officer to middle management level before he left to the United Kingdom.
In United Kingdom, he worked with A. J Cleaning Services in Buckinghamshire for four years as Account Manager.
Between 2014 and 2016, Mr. John Debra–Darko was part of the project management team of Pepsi Company in Bershire where he brought his experience and expertise to the team.
He was the Team Lead for the project management team constituted for Bayer PLC in Reading Berkshire from 2016 to 2017.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration with specialization in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana.
Dr. Ayine Josephine
Medical HerbalistDr. Ayine Josephine
Dr. Ayine Josephine is the Medical Herbalist at Royal Organic Clinic. She is a medical herbal practitioner with extensive knowledge and experience in alternative medicine.
She worked as Intern at Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital and Center for Plant Medicine Research, all in Mampong – Akuapem in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
She served her National Service at Kumasi South Government Hospital in Kumasi where she worked as Medical Herbalist.
Dr. Ayine Josephine graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She is a registered member of Ghana Association of Medicinal Herbalist.
